Check out our new Sparky plugin recently published in the journal Bioinformatics in collaboration with Woonghee Lee at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. PISA-SPARKY is available with latest version of NMRFAM-SPARKY or as a standalone Python tool than can be downloaded from GitHub here.
